About Me

My name is Jobanpreet Singh, and I have been working as a Personal trainer in the city of Brampton since 2018. I decided to become a personal trainer having spent years being that person who wanted to gain weight to feel good about themselves. I was very skinny even until the time of my graduation. So, I decided to join the gym and gain some muscle mass not only to look good but also to enhance my sports performance since I have been very active in sports. I still remember my early days in the gym, when people used to advise me what to do, how to do, and all other things that a new guy in the gym wants to learn from them. After some time, I realized that everyone has a different point of view about a certain exercise or diet. So, my concern was which person I need to follow for guidance because everyone who has a good body calls themselves as a "Fitness Guru" even though they do not have any formal education about health and fitness.

So, I decided to start studying health and fitness and got my first certification in fitness that was certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports and Medicine. I used to study concepts from the course and then apply those concepts to my training.  Now, having emerged on the other side and achieved my goal I want to use my skills, my experience, and my own journey to help other people.

Apart from personal trainer certification, I have done 6 more certifications (described in my certification section) to help you not only form the training point of view but also from nutritional, corrective exercise, and weight management side of fitness. I am still studying for other certifications so I can provide you the best evidence-based knowledge that you need to achieve the best shape of your life.
